Spain National Football Team made history in Euro 2012. They are the first team in history to have won three consecutive major football competition. Euro 2008, World Cup 2010 and Euro 2012. No other country has done this before. Well done, Spain.
I started supporting the Spaniards since Euro 2008 before they were crowned the European Champion. I simply love their way of football. They must be doing something right to achieve this phenomenal result.
What did they do that the rest of the country did not do?
I discover something interesting regarding achieving success. Are you avoiding the truth to achieve success?
What do you say to yourself when you are not achieving success? What do you say to others when you are not achieving success?
Are you those who say everything is working out great? Are you those who say you have some new plans in place? Are you those who say feeling great even though you don’t?
Avoiding the brutal facts causes a disillusion that everything is fine and working well but in actual fact it is not. Denying the brutal truth gets you to be complacent, unwilling to innovate, evolve or get support. Usually this is the downfall of anyone, any business or any country.
Recognizing the brutal truth in your life gets you to improve, innovate and grow. Understanding your truth gets you to work on your strength and look for alternative ways to complement your weakness.
Do a review of yourself now. What is your brutal truth?

Jack Ma on Success
I chance upon a video showing Jack Ma, founder of alibaba.com on youtube 3 days ago.His sharing about his success journey as an entrepreneur inspires me to continue in my own journey. His authentic story provides me the fuel to continue my faith, and believe my dream.
Most successful entrepreneurs usually share their success stories. Jack Ma shares his struggles and failures. Most self development books talks about the successes. Jack Ma wants to write a book about failures.
I’m onto my Playstation 3 again. Once I start, I can't stop. Fortunately, I manage to divorce this addiction with the help of coaching. I’ve been a gamer since young, from Nintendo, Sega, Playstation 1, 2 and 3. Of course not forgetting the PC games as well. There were times the playing time went out of control. There were times I wanted to play it daily just like a junkie who wanted to have a daily fix.
I will like to clarify, I’m not a religious man, and I’m in not intention to promote any religion. I read this parable of the ten talents during my teens, and today I saw it on Jim Clary’s blog.
Parable of the ten talents
It reminds me of being careful and wise with my money and talents. And I am reminded of 10 lessons from this parable.
This a story from The Bible. It is in the book of Matthew 25:13-30
Mix feelings of sad, anger, disappointed, , upsets, hurt, devastated and pain was what I felt for the past 2 weeks. Painful but business has to go on. In the last 2 weeks, I had the thought of giving up everything, hand the business to someone else, forget about the world and go to a mountain for seclusion.
Forget about the partnership crap, brotherhood drama or business empire story. I wanted to avoid the world and become a production line worker and not think of all these craps.
Avengers must be the hottest movie in town in the year of 2012. The marketing of this movie started since 2010 with individual Avengers like Ironman, Captain America and Thor screening on cinema. A short clip was always shown at the end of each movie showing Nick Fury recruiting the heroes.
And so we have a few egoistic maniacs coming as a team to save the world. What lessons can we learn from them? What life mistakes can we avoid?
