Mr Joe Lee was engaged as a trainer by my centre from time to time to conduct developmental training for my staff. On 30th April 2011, Mr Joe Lee organised and conducted a Communications Skills Training for the staff at Singapore Sentosa Island.
We have found the training conducted by Mr Joe Lee to be interesting and fun-filled. He complemented lectures with clever use of team building games that the staff could engage in to bring the team closer to each other, and created opportunities for the staff to think and work together. Everyone certainly had a really wonderful time interacting with one another.
These sessions have been quite effective. Overall, the event was a great learning experience and provided great information for use by the entire team
Over a period of time, the communication and cooperation among my staff has seen visible improvement. This we can attribute much to the training received from Mr Joe Lee.
It may also be worth mentioning that Mr Joe Lee has also given an additional session on follow up action plans for the staff, and on how to manage work conflicts.

Joe was invited to speak at one of our trainings. Unlike other trainers who spend lots of time ‘lecturing’ and giving theories, he use games, activities and exercises to illustrate and let the participants self learn.
After the training, a lot of participants had a very good understanding of their own limitations and what had stopped them from achieving in the past. One of our participants said the half day spend with Joe was better than another 3 days seminar he attended.
After the training, Joe also look effort to follow up with some participants and help them through personal coaching.
Due to Joe’s popularity, we had invited him back to speak as a guest speaker months after months.
I would definitely love to have Joe back in any of our trainings again.
